In our opinion, Utah is a significantly underrated state. Ranches in Utah often fly under the radar and can give a buyer the most bang for their buck. Many Utah ranches are somewhat undiscovered and priced significantly less compared to comps in Colorado and Wyoming. Utah has a plethora of year-round recreational activities and some of the most spectacular deeded ground in the United States.
When it comes to deer and elk hunting, Utah is second to none. Referred to many as the land of the giants, Utah is responsible for more record book elk in the last 10 years than any other state in the U.S. Combine that with arguably the biggest mule deer in the world, and you have a hunters dream.
