About Dave – Dave Harrigan has invested over 30 years of traveling the mountains and high plains throughout the Rockies to successfully link buyers and sellers of quality hunting and fishing properties through Harrigan Land Company. A passion for the outdoors runs deep in Dave’s background. He was raised hunting and fishing in Oklahoma, and he graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1984. After enjoying time as a professional baseball catcher in the Philadelphia Phillies and Chicago Cubs organizations, Dave co-founded the Rocky Mountain Angling Club with Don Hart in 1992 and was responsible for leasing over 70 fly fishing properties in Colorado and Wyoming. Today, Dave lives in the foothills of Colorado with his wife of over 40 years. Whenever he can, Dave grabs his fly rod or bow and heads for the high country.

About Hunter – Hunter Harrigan, Dave’s son, joined Harrigan Land Company in 2006 and has propelled Harrigan Land Company to nearly $2 billion in ranch real estate sales across the Mountain West. With a degree in Business Management, Hunter brings solid business skills and his own love for the outdoors to Harrigan Land Company. Born and raised in Colorado, Hunter grew up at home in the outdoors through fishing, bow hunting, skiing and camping. Baseball also runs in the Harrigan blood, and Hunter formerly played ball in the Texas Rangers’ organization. Today, Hunter and his wife are raising their sons to love the Mountain West as much as they do.

About Dennis Magnusson – The Outdoor West has profoundly shaped Dennis Magnusson. Born in Alberta, Canada, Dennis grew to love hunting, fishing, trapping and camping from an early age. By his late teens, he had migrated to Wyoming, where he found employment on two large ranches and learned the cattle industry from the inside out. Simultaneously, his passion for wildlife led him to work on extensive habitat improvement projects that benefitted both grazing and big game. In 2007 he began to manage a large cattle ranch in the Laramie Range, and also formed Iron Mountain Outfitters, specializing in quality big game hunts. Dennis brings with him a love for people and a lifetime of outdoor experience, along with a seasoned ability to read a property’s ranching and wildlife potential. He lives just north of Cheyenne with his wife and four energetic young sons.
